The warrants were converted after receipt of Rs.1422.58 crores, which is 75% of the total price of the warrants.
After the allotment of shares, the paid up share capital increased by Rs. 60,09,55,26,030 consisting of 30,04,77,63,015 shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
