The police investigating the shooting outside Salman Khan's residence have made a significant breakthrough. In a significant breakthrough, the police have seized the motorcycle used by the assailants and are subjecting it to forensic analysis. Notably, the names of notorious criminals Rohit Godara and Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, have emerged in connection with the incident. According to police sources, following the attack, the perpetrators abandoned their motorcycle in the Bandra area and fled the scene using a rickshaw.There are suspicions that they managed to evade a police checkpoint at Dahisar while fleeing in separate rickshaws. Furthermore, it is believed that both assailants may hail from outside Maharashtra, possibly residing in either Haryana or Rajasthan. Additionally, there are speculations that Rohit Godara's criminal syndicate orchestrated the involvement of these shooters in the incident.
A case has been filed by Mumbai Police under the Arms Act against two unidentified individuals for firing outside actor Salman Khan's Bandra residence around 5 am today. The police were alerted to five rounds of gunfire. As per Salman Khan's security guards, FIRs have been lodged against the two suspects under IPC section 307 (attempted murder) and the Arms Act. The investigation is ongoing. Four shots were aimed at Salman Khan's house, while one bullet was found on the ground, unfired. The firing was carried out using a 7.65 MM bore pistol. Given Salman Khan's previous threats, the police are taking this incident seriously. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has also reached out to Salman Khan. The apprehension of the culprits is anticipated soon.
